I am so happy with the service!!!...I have a vintage camper and the roof vent was broken. They repaired the problem..and another issue on the camper was discovered and they repaired that, and sealed the whole rest of the camper as well! They also fixed another unrelated issue for me on the spot! They go above and beyond!

Camper was suppose to be done mid May per my appointment (minor adjustments on a pop up) . I wasn't even that upset that it took until August (understanding it's a busy time- regairless of what i was told), just couldn't get a response or update from him or his secretary and was completely ghosted aside from them telling me it should be done by the 4th of july (which is wasn't) and ghosted for another month . Only half the work that was agreed to be completed was done , but still charged more than expected . Of course he wasn't there to talk to during pick up , and still won't return a message . Max price for as little work as possible because he can't keep up .This is the only negative review I've ever taken the time to give

I was camping and ran into a problem with my hot water heater. The manufacturer was no help. Nor the business I bought the camper from. I called Mr. Nagel and he walked me through how to fix it. He was kind, clear, and explained what I needed to do in detail. Then, later he called back to make sure everything was working properly. I would recommend this business to anyone who needs work done, as anyone who can walk someone through a fix hours away has to be a master at their craft.

I called this shop today for some trouble shooting with my Rv. I talked to Ben and he walked me through a few different things. Lo and behold he said are you sure the main power source is feeding or contacted properly. I walked it down and it was as simple as the cord not being plugged in all the way. Thanks again Ben.

We bought a vintage camper as a “Covid project” and realized partway through that we needed some professional help in repairing leaks and rebuilding the front end of the camper.
