My air conditioner quit working last week in the heat and I thought I was going to have to buy a brand new one and have it installed. He came out to my trailer, and in 45 minutes he had it fixed, cleaned out and running again. I highly recommend Nagel trailer repair!!! Super polite, answered all my questions, and was very professional!! Thank you!!

Want to give a big shout out to Ben...owner of Nagel trailer repair...he did work for us last year.Awesome job...then this morning thinking I would have to take my motorhome in for generator repair. Ben called back with a few things to check before bringing it to the shop..Sure enough he got it working for us....would definitely recommend this company for repairs....ty again Ben...

Suddenly our awning on our brand new fifth wheel wouldn't retract. Our dealer was absolutely no help trying to get a repair. I found Ben online and the same day he came out and fixed our awning. Not only did he fix the awning, he inspected the entire outside of our camper giving suggestions on how to prevent wear and tear on the unit. He also gave great suggestions on how to prevent future leaks.Thanks Ben for all you did to keep our camping season going!

I came across Ben's company after searching for some nearby help after discovering our 5th wheel awning wasnt working and the motor was bad. He was so helpful, responded quickly and had a quick turn around. It was nice to have such professional service during the pandemic. We did all communication virtually. We highly recommend this company and will always use him for our trailer needs! I have even been in touch since he fixed our awning for other random camper issues and he responds quickly with advice and videos. Thanks Ben!

We had a great experience working with Ben. He is very knowledgeable and kind. He helped us with various projects as we renovate our vintage RV. He installed a water pump and water heater, fixed up some automotive troubles such as brakes and exhaust and continues to be a resource for us. Highly recommend , thank you!!
